The Vacancy
Are you an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and budgeting, and exceptional analytical skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with stakeholders to drive financial performance and process improvements?
We are looking for a Development Budgeting Analyst to take ownership of key financial processes, collaborate with stakeholders, provide insightful financial analysis and drive successful business performance.
You will need a strong accounting and budgeting background, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and a keen eye for detail. You will relish problem solving and can offer alternative solutions.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of building strong cross team relationships. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal which will be used to analyse data and deliver clear reports and feedback.

This role is generally home based / remote working with the expectation there may be limited travel to our head office in Bournemouth should the need arise.

The Impact of the Role
As a Development Budgeting Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient budgeting processes. You will take ownership of annual development budgets, provide insightful reporting, and support the business with financial planning and analysis. Your expertise will directly influence decision-making and drive financial transparency across our developments.
You will be responsible for preparing annual Development Budgets and Initial Service Charge Budgets for new developments. You will work closely with Business Partners, Operational Teams, and Finance Departments to ensure budgets are realistic, well-structured, and effectively communicated.
