We’re looking for Administrators to join the Evri team on fixed term contracts until the 7th of January 2026. As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding and training of self-employed couriers to ensure full delivery coverage is consistently maintained. Working closely with Community Delivery Managers, you will anticipate coverage gaps and provide trained replacements to ensure a smooth transition. Your performance will be measured against key metrics such as Day 1 EOL coverage, interview-to-day-1 conversion, retention at weeks 2, 4, and 8, new starter engagement scores, and interview feedback scores.

This is a great time to be joining us!  We are growing year on year, with ambitious plans for future growth and we would love to give you the opportunity to grow with us!

Interested? Take a look at the below to understand what you'll be doing as an Administrator:

  • Identifying coverage gaps using the centralised coverage file and proactively recruiting and onboarding self-employed couriers.
  • Managing on-the-day coverage issues, providing timely options to the Community Delivery Manager.
  • Setting up and maintaining a regular programme of training sessions, ensuring consistency in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Coordinating with the central recruitment team to ensure diverse sourcing channels (online platforms, job boards, networking events) are used effectively.
  • Leading the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Using the centralised tools to deliver a standardised and professional onboarding process, while introducing couriers to the courier community and training app.
  • Delivering training and ongoing support to couriers, reinforcing service quality and standards.
  • Producing regular recruitment and performance reports for the Regional Delivery Manager, aligned to KPIs and regulatory requirements

Still interested? Great news! Here are the core capabilities we are looking for:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in English language, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong ability to engage, train, and motivate couriers.
  • Confident communicator, able to work effectively with couriers of all nationalities to ensure consistency in training standards.
  • Courteous, professional, and solutions-focused, taking ownership of recruitment and training queries.
  • Collaborative approach, working closely with operational management teams to improve service and embed a “one team” culture.
