Location: Sheffield

Hours: 37 hours X 52 weeks per year

About the Role

As our Employer Engagement Consultant, you will be managing relationships with existing clients and developing relationships with new businesses, who are interested in engaging our apprentices to develop their skills and give them hands on experience within their business.

We are looking for someone who is committed, driven and confident in their sales and relationship building skills to join our Employer Engagement and Partnerships Team.

Your success will have a massive impact on both employers and hundreds of young people across Sheffield.

You will join an established and respected forward-thinking company that has a proven history in career development within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Generate new leads and build relationships to establishing a new portfolio of clients
  • Work with our Marketing department on new and existing campaigns
  • Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Build and maintaining strong working relationships with a portfolio of customers and proactively responding to new sales enquiries

Skills & Knowledge
