The role

As ILR and MIS Team Leader you will have full responsibility for ensuring the timely and accurate entry and processing of all aspects of externally funded contracts including Apprenticeship, AEB, Study Programme and Skills Bootcamp. This includes enrolment data, on programme, achievement and progression evidence in line with agreed KPI’s and supporting funded revenue targets.

The right fit

  • Previous experience in an MIS role is essential.
  • Experience of Management Information Systems within Further Education (ideally PICS)
  • In-depth knowledge of ESFA Funded programmes such as Apprenticeships (Levy & Non-Levy), AEB, Study Programme and Skills Bootcamps
  • Knowledge and experience of dealing with external awarding organisations.
  • Highly numerate and analytical.
  • Good understanding of OFSTED inspection processes
  • An analytical and inquisitive mind
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.      
  • Good team player, contributing to your own and team performance.       
  • Excellent IT skills
