Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys the variety of the role, building relationships with people and providing a great service, but no longer want the pressure of sales targets.

As an Internal Recruiter with The Sheffield College, you will be working with hiring managers that welcome your input and experience, appreciate what you do and are open to ideas on how best to recruit.

You will be the recruitment partner to curriculum areas and will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their recruitment challenges and support with all their recruitment needs. Having a real impact on the college in terms of its journey from ‘Good to Great’ and exploring creative new ways to raise the employer profile of The Sheffield College.

This is a hybrid role working 2 days from home and 3 days in our offices, based at City and Hillsborough campuses, with free on-site parking.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Writing and posting job ad’s
  • Monitoring Candidates Applications
  • Building relationships with hiring managers
  • Managing our team mailbox and responding to enquiries
  • Organising Interviews

 

After your first year with us, success would look like:

  • Achieved high levels of satisfaction from Hiring Managers
  • Successfully sourcing and placing candidates
  • Working with your team to implement your ideas and streamline processes
  • Raising the employer profile of the College
