We are currently recruiting an Investment Support Co-Ordinator to join the Property Investment team.
About The Role:

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our team in the role of Investment Support Co-ordinator. In this key role, you will support the Property Investment department by engaging with and supporting Customers whilst minimising the number of omitted properties within the Asset Investment programme.
You will be responsible for supporting our Customers to ensure they allow access for all programmed works to take place, ensuring Planned Investment contracts operate on time.
This could include arranging and coordinating the provision of suitable daily, short-term or longer-term alternative respite/accommodation.
You will provide a great service to our Customers, working as part of a team to respond to a wide range of general enquiries, both in person and on the telephone, email, and social media,

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and external partner agencies. In order to meet targets and deadlines, you must be able to plan, manage and effectively prioritise your workload to ensure the very best service is delivered to our customers. You must work well under pressure and show resilience when dealing with challenging situations. Experience of providing a frontline service in a housing or Customer liaison role is desirable, however what is more important is a willingness to learn and a flexible, ‘can do’ attitude.

Interact and engage with the Property Investment team including; Project Managers & Customer Liaison Officers to overcome and resolve access issues across Asset schemes, minimising the number of properties being omitted
Seek solutions and resolutions to complex issues, to allow customers to benefit from modernisation works to their homes; this includes but is not limited too; sourcing temporary accommodation, making reasonable adjustments and resolving customer concerns that prevent investment works being undertaken, whilst supporting Customer throughout.
Interact and engage with the Property Investment team including; Project Managers & Customer Liaison Officers to overcome and resolve access issues across Asset Investment schemes, minimising the number of properties being omitted.
Work across Property Investment to ensure access is gained for survey works to include Asbestos Surveys, EPC Surveys, Retrofit Assessments, Stock Condition Surveys and any additional externally led surveys
Arrange, co-ordinate and manage any temporary moves to decant property to enable work to go ahead, including all planning and personal considerations of the Customer , including the subsequent return home

What we are looking for:
Experience in
Providing a frontline service in a housing or Customer liaison role
You will be an excellent communicator who works well within a team, as well as being able to work independently, using your own initiative
Social Housing Investment plan schemes
Supporting Tenants/Customers through planned modernisation works in their home.
Working in partnership with other agencies to provide solutions for complex housing issues, including direct interaction and engagement with the Asset Delivery Team Project Managers, Customer Liaison Officers and other Asset and Housing colleagues to overcome and resolve access issues across all Asset schemes.

Knowledge of
Large Scale Social Housing Planned Investment schemes
Microsoft Office
Producing and presenting up-date reports
