The role of Data & Exams Manager is the perfect next step if you:
Have worked in Data or Exams before and are ready to step up into a varied management role within a supportive organisation
Are excited to further develop an amazing team, improve processes and build success
Want to bring fresh ideas to the table and play a leading role in projects aimed at transforming the service user experience
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
Maintenance of all aspects of learner & qualification data
Ensuring all examinations are properly resourced
Evaluating changes to funding and examination rules
Ensuring student register, awarding organisation and course file data are accurate
Working closely with Information Services on submissions of college returns to varying funding agencies
We're open-minded & welcome all applicants who believe they can succeed. Though ideally, you will:
Have experience working within the FE/HE sector with an in-depth knowledge of the data, examination and funding environment
Understand Technical Funding Rules, Individual Learner Records Specifications and JCQ/Awarding Organisations
Can train and develop staff and service users with strong mentoring and coaching skills
Are passionate about projects to streamline processes and drive improvement
