Nurse - Long Term Ventilation

Salary: £37,338 - £44,962 FTE, per annum
Location: The Nook Hospice - NR14 7PX
Hours: Full or Part Time considered

*A Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle is essential for this role*

Shift Pattern:

37.5 hours per week - applications for 30+ hours welcome

  • including occasional weekends and night working

£37,338 - £44,962 FTE per annum, dependent on experience

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering high-quality care.

Do you have:

  • Experience of caring for children and young people who require LTV support?
  • A passion to provide high quality evidence based care?
  • Excellent communication skills?
  • Great time management skills? 

Responsibilities include:

  • The post holder will plan and develop, implement and evaluate a specialist LTV service alongside the EACH LTV team and wider multi-disciplinary team. Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of clinical care, safety and support.
  • The post holder will provide specialist advice, education/training, assessment and care planning and support to health care professionals within EACH and externally.
  • The post holder will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing development of the LTV service, research and standards of care within EACH.
