We’re currently recruiting for an IT Security Manager to provide subject matter expertise, while providing advice and guidance to the business across all IT changes and related projects. You will be working with colleagues and third parties to deliver security IT and Information security improvements across the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
Taking ownership for the definition and delivery of whg’s information / cybersecurity framework and strategy.
Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and third parties on IT security, ensuring that all IT changes are delivered in accordance with whg security standards.
Leading security audit preparation and audit action implementation.
Providing regular and ad-hoc reporting as requested by IT management.
We’re looking for someone who is / has:
An IT Security qualification (such as CISSP or CISM, MSc Information Security) or have relevant experience in an IT Security role.
Knowledge of security threats / vulnerabilities that could impact whg
Knowledge of security threats / vulnerabilities that could impact whg
Experience of engaging with projects to ensure IT technical support is provided without impact to IT Operations
