About the role

We are currently seeking an Electrician to provide an efficient responsive repair and maintenance, refurbishment and cyclical service, ensuring correct quality of work to enable objective achievement. 


In this key role you will ensure (electrical) works are completed to the desired standards set by Two Rivers and required by our clients. 


This role will initially be working within repairs but then will move onto rewire in April.


About you

To be successful in this role you must have: 


  • Demonstrable practical skills in building repair, maintenance, refurbishment and testing to domestic properties, particularly in social housing. 

  • Experience within a similar role, ideally from within a Residential/Housing sector. 

  • Housing Sector standards and regulations relating to the repair and maintenance of Social Housing. 

  • Experience of using integrated housing repairs/maintenance systems 

  • Full driving licence 

  • NVQ level 3 (or equivalent), C&G 1,2&3, recognised apprenticeship, 18th Edition (BS7671) is required. 


In addition you will also have the ability to participate in the delivery of Out of Hours call out service. Mobile and evening work may also be required.
