We are currently looking for two Receptionists to be the first point of contact at our head office. This is a job share role with one position covering mornings (8.30am to 12.45pm) and one position covering afternoons (12.45pm to 5.00pm).

 

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Receiving and welcoming visitors, customers, and deliveries

  • Dealing with customer queries in a confidential and empathetic manner

  • Providing administrative support across various departments

  • Receiving hand delivered correspondence and logging delivery as appropriate

  • Arranging meetings, booking venues, training sessions and other similar tasks

  • Scanning and indexing invoices, matching them to purchase orders and submitting them for payment

  • Ensuring that outgoing correspondence is printed and collated and that it leaves the office at the end of the day

  • Assisting the Document and Records Management team with processing electronic data (scanning, indexing, redacting)

  • Providing high quality administrative support to our wellbeing programme


 

We’d love to meet someone with:  

  • Experience of working in a busy reception / administration based role in a customer facing environment

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

  • The ability to multitask and prioritise own workload

  • The ability to work independently using initiative

  • An approachable manner

  • A flexible and adaptable approach with a “can do” attitude
