A medium sized firm, we have a committed and talented team with a broad range of abilities who have a proven track record. We are experienced in leading multi-disciplined teams in complex design projects and in working closely with client bodies

We are now hiring for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join the team in our attractive offices in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Be part of a team taking projects from planning through to on-site delivery
  • Attend Design Team meetings and Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Prepare tender packages including technical drawings and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations
  • Attend site meetings and assist in the project delivery

 

Person Specification: 

  • Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
  • A minimum of five years’ post-graduation experience, preferably across all project work stages in a relevant sector.
  • A good understanding of Irish planning procedures, BCAR, building regulations and construction technology.
  • Strong technical design skills and knowledge
  • Solid working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
  • Good working knowledge of NBS Chorus package desirable.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent team working skills and a positive, pro-active attitude
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience in housing, education, industrial and commercial sectors desirable

 

Salary & Benefits:

  • €50,000 to €65,000 depending on experience
