As a result of current projects, strategic initiatives and colleague absence we are currently looking to strengthen the NCG finance team, initially on a temporary basis to support the financial leadership of the group

The role will include:

  • Responsibility for the ongoing development and implementation of long-term financial planning across NCG.
  • Working with the business development team ensure there is a clear strategy to grow and diversify opportunities which align to the collective priorities of the group and ultimately contribute to its financial sustainability.
  • Financial leadership of the implementation of the infrastructure plan and the controls and processes associated to ensure robust management of resource.
  • Management of the balance sheet, including oversight or process, documentation and forecasting
  • Significant support on the new finance system implementation project
  • Provide senior leadership and support to the team on an ad hoc basis as needed and where resource gaps require it.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with and report to the CFO

The successful candidate would take on their new responsibilities immediately in the new calendar year, they will be a qualified accountant with significant financial planning and management experience. A proven track record in a senior finance role together with being able to deal with a variety of complex and challenging situations concurrently is essential.
