The Vacancy
We're looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Service Charge & New Build Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You'll play a key role in supporting both our Service Charge and New Build teams, ensuring customers receive a high-quality service while helping to keep our systems, processes, and communications running smoothly.

This is a flexible role and can be based from home or one of our hub offices. You'll need a flexible approach to travel, as regular site visits will be required.
Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with people, and can manage a varied workload with confidence, supporting a large operational team.
You will bring to the role excellent Excel skills, with strong knowledge in the Microsoft Office package. You’ll be completing mail merges, working within Sharepoint as our electronic filing system and using your strong administrative skills to be extremely effective in the role.
Although you may not have a social housing background, you will have an awareness of Service Charges.
