As part of this successful housing group, we are the innovative construction and trading business known as Three Sixty SHG Ltd. We have formed and grown since inception back in 2016, with a pipeline of capital works projects, new build and other external refurbishment & alterations projects. Three Sixty has the vision to design, build, refurbish and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes for people.  

We’re currently recruiting a Projects Manager to deliver on multiple contracts and ensure all projects and work are carried out safely, while maintaining the appropriate controls.  

We are looking for someone with Construction Management experience in Social Housing across multiple projects

The key purpose of this position is to ensure the operational delivery of multiple planned works contracts, projects and small works from inception to completion. You will ensure that contracts are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. Developing excellent relationships with the site team, clients and stakeholders and providing project directions, focus and consistency across each project.  

 

As the Projects Manager you will be responsible for: 

  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting profit margins. 

  • Managing the safe delivery of repairs, small works, planned maintenance and refurbishment projects. 

  • Managing the utilisation of all available resources in an effective and efficient manner. 

  • Being the key point of contact for the client, site team and sub-contractors. 

  • Ensuring that appropriate method statements and risk assessments are in place and all work is carried out in accordance with current health and safety legislation. 

 

Our ideal candidate will have: 

  • Proven experience within a Project Management role  

  • A current CSCS Black card and NVQ 6 or equivalent in construction management  

  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety in the construction industry  

  • Experience of supervising a large number of trade and multi trade operatives  

  • Good verbal and written communication skills 

  • Experience in Social housing projects is essential 

  • M&E experience would be desirable but not essential.
