SES Engineering Services is looking for a talented Mechanical Estimator to join our SES South team, based in London. You’ll support the delivery of high-profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects across a range of sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

As an Estimator at SES, you’ll play an important role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates that support our project wins. Working alongside senior estimators, commercial teams, and project managers, you’ll help ensure our tenders are robust, detailed, and aligned with project requirements and client expectations. 

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of project sizes and sectors, with the support and mentoring needed to develop into a senior role in the future. 

As our Estimator you will: 

  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions 

  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate costs 

  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and pricing 

  • Support the preparation of bills of quantities and schedules of rates 

  • Contribute to risk and value engineering assessments 

  • Attend and contribute to internal pricing and review meetings
