We are recruiting a Property Operations Planner to join our Property Operations team.

Location: Hybrid, with travel required to one of our divisional offices

About the Role
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for project planning and coordination? This is a vital role within our Property Operations department, responsible for the smooth delivery of planned works across our estate of developments and third-party projects.

You’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors, and site staff to ensure maintenance, refurbishment, and safety projects are successfully executed while maintaining our high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate Planned Works projects through the Section 20 process, ensuring successful and compliant delivery.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and key stakeholders to organize and oversee project kick-off meetings, viability assessments, and execution plans.
  • Manage contractor quotes, payment administration, and progress tracking through our systems (Fixflo/Qube).
  • Maintain effective communication with site staff, Operations Managers, and other departments to resolve issues and unblock obstacles.
  • Contribute to operational performance reporting and act as a Fixflo Champion within the Property Operations team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience in scheduling work in a customer-centric organization, preferably related to property, facilities, or asset management.
  • Education & Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Attributes: A proactive and collaborative approach, excellent time management, and the ability to handle competing priorities with professionalism.
