We’re looking for somebody passionate about healthcare to join our family of dedicated teachers working together to unlock opportunities for young people across Sheffield!

With a cutting-edge onsite learning space including a 6-bed ward, as well as huge investment into our provision, now is the perfect time to join our brilliant HSC team and help shape the future of healthcare.

You’ll need good overall knowledge of the sector and must be able to work closely with Personal tutors and Student mentors to ensure learners are fully supported throughout their time with us and ready to hit the ground running in the real world.

Day-to-day, you will be:

  • Delivering HSC courses ranging from Entry level to foundation degrees
  • Delivering content to a wide variety of learners including 16-18, adults and apprentices
  • Utilise online learning platforms to deliver some content
  • Support colleagues with pastoral duties to give learners rounded support
  • Champion our single-minded commitment to putting students first.
  • Exemplify our values of Inclusivity, Diversity, and Celebrating Achievement.

After your first year with us, success in this role will look like:

  • 1st-year students with a target grade of Pass achieved Merit or Distinction by end-of-year
  • Have built student skills to a high level in preparation for industry
  • Enthusiastically engaged with our dedicated continuous professional development programme to expand your education skills and further your FE career

  • Have extensive Healthcare industry experience
  • Hold a degree or other high-level relevant qualification
  • Be passionate about working with learners and shaping the future of the sector
