HR professionals are key to the success of any business and they are involved across many aspects of working life in an organisation.
This is the perfect opportunity to start your career as a Work Based Learning Tutor for The Sheffield College and Join our family of passionate staff working together to unlock opportunities for young people across Sheffield.
Our apprenticeship programmes combine a recognised CIPD qualification with real-life working experience and this role will be instrumental in ensuring that apprentices on these programmes have a great learning experience with The Sheffield College.
You will be carrying out the full breadth of Work-based Learning Tutor duties, including:
Delivering taught sessions in the classroom
Visiting apprentices in their workplaces to review progress
Implement improvement strategies and measures to meet employer demands
Champion our single-minded commitment to putting students first.

We are open-minded and welcome all applicants who believe they would be a good fit. Though ideally, you will:
Hold an NVQ Level 3 Qualification (or equivalent) in Vocational/Curriculum Area
Have GCSE English Language & Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent
Hold Assessor Award (TAQA etc. or willingness to work toward)
