We’re currently looking for a skilled Groundworker/Bricklayer to join our responsive repairs team. If you have a strong background in Ground Works & minimum NVQ2 Bricklaying, and you're committed to delivering high-quality repairs with excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you. As one of our Multi Skilled operatives you will carry out work with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, along with an ethos of ‘Right First Time’ always completing a repair where practicable in one visit, ensuring high quality and high standards of performance.

What you’ll do:

 

  • Carry out groundwork repairs and bricklaying repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment across our properties.
  • Deliver a “Right First Time” approach, aiming to complete repairs in one visit wherever possible.
  • Work on both tenanted and empty homes across Manchester.
  • Operate as a multi-skilled operative, supporting a range of repair services.
  • Travel directly to your first job using a company vehicle.

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Proven experience in general groundwork.
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying or equivalent qualification, and proven experience.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential to drive manual company vehicle.
  • DBS check and References will be requested for successful applicant.
