The Vacancy
Holmes Court are recruiting for a new deputy manager. Holmes Court will be a newly opened residential home for people aged 18 or over with complex needs including Autism, learning disability and behaviour that challenges.
Holmes Court is located in Ballymena and it neighbours with Slemish Nursing Home. Holmes Court location is on a walking distance from local shops and parks, the home can be reached easily by bus or train.
At Holmes Court we aim to provide a homely and relaxed environment for residents while insuring a high level of care for our service users.
Essential Criteria-
Registered Nurse: require valid a UK NMC pin
1 year experience in learning disability and management of behaviour that challenges
Main Purpose
To support the Registered Manager in ensuring that the home is maintained in accordance with our regulatory bodies. To assist in line managing the team to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home to regulatory standards.
