Job Title: Senior Brand Executive, Keystone Group (FTC 12 month maternity cover)
Location: Cookstown, Co. Tyrone, NI
Role Overview
The Keystone Group Senior Brand Executive will play a key role in managing internal and external communications that strengthen the Group’s brand, culture and reputation. This role focuses on cross-business initiatives, internal communications and employee engagement. It requires a commercially aware communicator with excellent writing skills, strong agency management experience, and a collaborative, hands-on approach.
The ideal candidate will understand the importance of brand consistency in a technical, B2B manufacturing environment and will be confident working with both marketing colleagues and cross-functional teams across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communications
• Develop and manage Group-level communications strategies aligned with business goals and values.
• Produce clear, professional written content tailored to internal stakeholders and external trade, technical and business audiences.
• Ensure consistent messaging across platforms including internal updates, trade media, social and digital channels, and stakeholder presentations.
Employee Engagement & Internal Culture
• Lead internal communication initiatives that promote a strong company culture, including updates from leadership, employee recognition, and CSR campaigns.
• Collaborate with HR and Group leaders on communication strategies for employee wellbeing, learning and development, and business updates.
• Support the rollout of internal campaigns that foster engagement and alignment across brands and locations.
Group Events & Campaigns
• Plan and deliver key Group-wide events such as industry conferences, recognition awards, milestone celebrations, and sustainability initiatives.
• Support Keystone’s presence at industry exhibitions and trade shows by coordinating messaging, presentations and branded materials.
Agency & Supplier Management
• Manage external agencies and suppliers, ensuring high-quality output, clear briefs and efficient delivery across campaigns, content, and event logistics.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, PR agencies and merchandise partners to execute brand initiatives effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing leads across the Group to ensure brand consistency and alignment of messaging across all divisions.
• Liaise with sales, operations, and HR teams to ensure brand communications support customer engagement, recruitment, and business development activities.
Content & Asset Development
• Create and edit professional content for presentations, internal comms packs, videos and executive-level communications.
• Translate technical or construction-related information into accessible, on-brand messaging for diverse audiences.
Monitoring & Reporting
• Track performance of internal campaigns and engagement initiatives, providing insight and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a brand, internal comms, or marketing communications role.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics for varied audiences.
• Proven experience managing external agencies and coordinating events or multi-stakeholder campaigns.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercial environment with multiple priorities.
• Understanding of or interest in the construction, manufacturing, or built environment sector.
