You’ve got your degree – now what? At Watford Community Housing, we work with our customers and communities to change lives, and we’re looking for the people who can grow to be the housing sector’s key decision makers and influencers. 

 

What’s the role?

We are looking for a graduate to join us for a two-year graduate programme which will give you an exciting opportunity to work within our different directorates, covering a variety of functions. These include Housing, Partnerships, Development, Treasury, Finance, Technology Information Services, Incomes and Customer Relationships – giving you fantastic exposure to the sector.

We will provide you with the knowledge, skills, and experience to make you a manager of the future. At the end of the programme, you will be well placed to apply for roles that will help you achieve that goal.

Training and development

As part of our graduate programme, we recognise the importance of developing you to make you one of the future leaders of our business. Your development will be through on-the-job training, with further training offered as required. In addition, the successful candidate will complete a CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing Practice course.

The individual:

We are looking for a recent graduate, with an interest in working in housing.
