Do you have excellent executive support skills? Put your administrative and secretarial experience to the test as our Executive Assistant and help us provide vital services that allow people to live better lives.

What’s the role?

As part of our team, you will use your comprehensive secretarial and administrative skills to support the Executive Management Team.

The right candidate will be resilient and will need the ability to prepare a wide variety of documents with a high degree of accuracy, while taking care to maintain confidentiality and complete tasks in a timely manner.

You’ll work effectively and proactively with the Executive Management Team to support their work and you will liaise with all levels of staff within the Group to collect information as required.

In this role you will need to:

·         occasionally work outside of normal working hours

·         manage agendas and action trackers, prepare and distribute reports, manage diaries, travel and meeting arrangements, take minutes and distribute the information to the relevant teams, and create presentations and spreadsheets.

What are we looking for?

Essential:

·         Experience of undertaking a wide range of administrative functions to a high degree of competence and accuracy.

·         Experience of maintaining confidentiality concerning work related/sensitive issues.

·         Experience of drafting correspondence and other written material e.g. reports.

·         Experience of working in a complex office environment, maintaining and developing systems.

·         Experience in preparing documents in a variety of formats, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF.

Desirable:

·         Knowledge of the housing sector

·         Ability to use initiative when required.
