The Vacancy

37.5 hours per week 

 

Here at Incommunities we have ambitious growth plans with a target to develop 2000 new build homes by March 2026. We’re expanding the capacity and capability of our development team to deliver our new build and shared ownership sales programmes.

 

As our Senior Delivery Manager, we’re looking for you to assist and support the Director in the delivery of Incommunities Ltd growth and Asset Management strategy by delivering the Development Programme in accordance with the groups Policies and Procedures. Ensuring that agreed targets with the Homes and Communities Agency are met and that new build projects are delivered within budget and to timescale.

 

Management portfolio will include a range of schemes including, HE granted funded sites and S106 acquisitions, delivering mixed tenure solutions, providing rent, Shared Ownership and outright sale of new build homes. You’ll be proactive in terms of identifying and analysing new ways of producing homes in accordance with the Development Strategy, always seeking innovation in design, procurement or funding.

 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has the ability to promote the work of the company through presentations in both spoken and written form

  • Has the ability to maintain good working relationships with a variety and a number of Local Authority partners

  • Tactful and diplomatic customer focused with the ability to go the extra mile; ability to work without supervision

  • Has a 'can do’ attitude; the ability to see a task through to conclusion and make appropriate recommendations for service improvements

  • Is confident and people oriented

  • Has the ability to communicate, develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels

 

Your experience:

  • Have substantial experience of: Managing a new build housing programme and substantial budget, managing external consultants, and managing, analysing, and understanding construction cost and budgets.

  • Has extensive knowledge of property development and construction processes and a good understanding of the statutory and regulatory procedures and performance requirements.

  • A detailed knowledge of housing development procedures
