The Partner Acquisition Executive (PAE) role is an externally focused role, whereby the individual takes responsibility for on boarding of new channel partners and the initial development of relationships between channel partners and Gamma. They are expected to become sales and product specialists on all Gamma products. This is a homes based and field sales role.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Generation of new channel partner accounts via incoming leads.
  • Generation of new channel partners via prospects and referrals.
  • Cleanse Gamma CRM system to identify new channel partners.
  • Create and deliver bespoke commercial propositions to win business.
  • Manage the channel partner account following structured new partner on-boarding process.
  • Maintain expected activity levels of 20 customer facing/webinar meetings per month.
  • Negotiate commitment & growth deals.
  • Proactively manage and report progress of key account opportunities through Gamma’s CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Ensure that Gamma’s CRM system is fully updated with key contacts.
  • Build and develop MD/C level relationships.
  • Conduct sales and training on Gamma products and support services to channel partner via on site meeting or webinar.
  • Cross sell and upsell Gamma’s products and services to that base.
  • Produce a monthly summary of key accounts won, pending and lost.

 

 

About you:

  • You have a successful track record on new business sales and generation of new products into channel partners

  • You have the ability to upskill channel partners knowledge on Gamma product portfolio

  • You are able to display an understanding of the Revenue & Margin reporting

  • You can demonstrate examples of incentive agreements to lock-in reseller business and increase growth

  • You have strong negotiation skills

  • You'll be numerate and literate to a very high standard, have good commercial acumen

  • PC Skills to intermediate level – especially Excel and Power Point

  • You are highly articulate and presentable, with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • You can demonstrate the ability to thrive in a climate of rapid change and to achieve long term objectives. 

  • You have a desire to be perceived by colleagues and customers as supportive and commercially aware, with a view to progressing through the business in the sales function.

  • You should be able to self-motivate and work in an environment where management will not always be present.
