The Vacancy

Cbec eco engineering, part of the RSK group, is a growing environmental consultancy specialising in nature based solutions for the water resource and environmental management sectors. Working on projects throughout the UK, cbec is looking for a full-time Administrator to join their team in either Inverness or Stirling to undertake a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the business. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Administrative support to cbec staff across the company (e.g. travel arrangements, event management)
  • Fleet, equipment and IT management
  • Support to tender manager including monitoring tender databases/ portals and frameworks and preparation of tender proposals
  • Provide HR support to cbec staff, liaising with HR team and supporting SHEQ compliance
  • PA duties and administrative support to Business Development Director.

Requirements: 

  • Fully competent in the use of Microsoft applications and web-based management interfaces.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in submitting tender proposals
  • Experience in the use of FocalPoint, MS Project software or equivalent would be an advantage.
  • Prior experience of managerial/executive PA
  • Keen interest in environmental issues
