Do you enjoy providing support and Care Coordination to a complex client caseload?

As an Early Intervention In Psychosis Care Coordinator (EIIPCC) and a member of a multi-disciplinary community-based team, you’ll provide an effective, flexible, supportive and responsive service to people experiencing the early stages of psychosis and to their networks. This involves carrying out a range of assessments and interventions under the guidance and supervision of the Service Manager and Team Leaders.

Who we’re looking for:

  • A person with strong, current knowledge of Early Intervention in Psychosis practice and service delivery.
  • Someone who understands the Mental Health Act and how it applies within community mental health.
  • A team player with experience in multidisciplinary mental health settings.
  • A driver with a full UK licence and access to a vehicle for work.
